Pope Benedict Does His First Talk Show from the Vatican

Pope Benedict was interviewed about the situation in Iraq and tsunami-hit Japan in his first television interview. In the program, it emerged that he becomes the first pope to make space and to read texts written by women.

Pope Benedict XVI, who was dressed in white and sat behind the desk in his library and answered questions from seven people who were selected from among thousands of applicants.
