How do I know I'm saved?
How do I know that Jesus has forgiven all my sin?
If I feel nothing, I'm saved anyway? These are important and often frequently asked questions, when we have accepted Jesus as our Savior. It is also important that we know with certainty that we are saved, when the devil tries to tell us that we are not saved.
Many have lost their certainty of salvation, by listening to the prosecutor who constantly tries to show us our bad side.. It is so even though we are saved we are still human beings.
We can still make mistakes, and we still have many deficiencies. Should we NOT know that we are saved, the result may be that the devil will "steal" our confidence in God, our peace, our joy and ultimately our salvation.
Therefore it is important to us, that we know what we have in Christ, so that the devil can not steal something from us. In Joh. 10:10, Jesus says: "The thief (devil) only come to steal, kill and destroy, but I am come that ye may have life and abundance of life."
